Delivery Returns and Refunds

What items are ineligible for return?
  • Opened products are not eligible for return.
  • Products contained in boxes with broken seals cannot be returned.
  • Items not purchased through www.orbitalvita.com.
  • Items lacking an order number or a packing slip.
  • Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds are permitted for the purchase of a gift card (final sale).

For instances where packages are lost in transit, all claims must be lodged no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims identified as an error on our part are covered at our expense and are resolved through either a replacement or a full refund.
Should you encounter any issues with the products or detect anomalies in the order, kindly reach out to our dedicated customer support team. Include a photograph along with a brief description of the problem for our assessment. Upon review, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval or rejection of a replacement or refund request. If your claim is approved and a replacement is preferred, a new order will be dispatched within 3 business days. Alternatively, if a refund is requested, the credited amount will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
