  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and your delivery address. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions for specific orders or regions.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship worldwide. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if deemed an error on our part, offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

    • Items without an order number or packing slip.
    • Gift cards (final sale).
  • Lost Packages:

    • Claims for lost packages must be lodged within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
    • Errors on our part are covered at our expense, resolved via replacement or refund.
  • Reporting Issues:

    • For issues with products or orders, contact customer support with a photo and a description of the problem.
    • We will review and notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund request.
  • Processing Refunds:

    • If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
